The built-in Image Stabilization (IS) is definitely handy fully zoomed in at 240mm with a minimum aperture of f/6.3! We’ve been pretty impressed with the IS system on the RF series lenses. Coupled with the built-in IS in their mirrorless cameras as well, you can handhold more photos with less blur than you ever dared to dream. The fast auto-focus means that you have a better chance at capturing the moment while it’s happening! Not only is this lens versatile, it’s up for your challenges and adventures.
The new RF Control Ring allows you to easily adjust customizable exposure settings from the lens itself. We love experimenting with it, and think it’s a great addition to this RF series! If there’s any lens to play around with for beginners, this is the one we’d suggest! Watch out, it’ll set your expectations high and might still spoil you.
