The Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8E ED VR is the first Nikon 24-70mm with vibration reduction. And not just some vibration reduction, mind you. The improvements don’t stop there, however. In addition to vibration reduction, Nikon has added a new lens element to the design with their new Aspherical Extra-Low Dispersion (ASP/ED) element which is said to increase sharpness and soften bokeh.
